App Troubleshooting

Do I need to use an App to use the MyoLift QT device?

Yes and no. This device can be used with or without the app. You can now enable offline treatment once your settings have been saved into the app. The app is free and is available now from the App store, but there may be charges for additional and special access in the future. 

Why isn't my device isn’t connecting to the app? 

Please make sure your smartphone Bluetooth connection is on in the settings on your phone as well as with the MyoLift QT App. Make sure WiFi is turned OFF.  

Why does it say "I’ve forgotten my User ID and can’t access the app."? 

Your primary email should be your user ID. If you have forgotten your user id, use reset password link. Enter your primary email addresses you use. If your account exists in our system you will get a reset password link. Check your spam box, sometimes reset password link email appears on your spam box. If you are still not able to find your user name You will need to recreate an account. You will need to create an account as this account is NOT connected to your 7ewellness store account. 

Why do I see a white screen with a purple spinning wheel when trying to open the app? 

Please make sure WiFi is turned OFF. Sometimes having bluetooth and WiFi on together weaken the connection.
