If your Metal Probes are not conducting, please try these steps below in no particular:

Use a lower intensity where conductivity is not happening.

Increase water intake or apply a water based sheet mask to the skin and try again in 1 hour.

Hold the probes together while running a treatment to "reset" the current.

Avoid on areas with open lesions or recent injection site.

Add more gel to skin or spritz skin with replenish spritzer for hydration.
