• Click on Professional Login and create an account.  

• Do not leave any fields blank, please put a n/a in those fields.  

• Fill out and submit, MAKE SURE TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT by going to your email and confirming. 

• Once you have done that, then you will sign in and it will take you to the portal
