Please complete the instructions on the warranty card that you receive with your device by going to www.7ewellness.com and scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on Warranty Registration. Please complete the information on the Warranty Registration within 10 days of receiving product to activate your warranty. You will get an additional year free on your warranty by filling out the Warranty Information. Keep a copy of the warranty card and a copy of your receipt. You have a 30-day money back guarantee, and one year (plus one free year) limited warranty from the purchase date and upon successful activation of warranty card. The Limited Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and installation of equipment, subject to these terms and conditions. It does not cover the probes, charger, lead wire or accessories.
