Why Our Alligator Clips Are Not Color-Coded for PolarityUpdated 4 hours ago

Our system uses biphasic waveforms, meaning the current flows equally in both the positive and negative directions within each cycle. Because the polarity alternates automatically and symmetrically, there is no fixed “positive” or “negative” side that needs to be manually managed.
For this reason, we intentionally do not use color-coded alligator clips. We want to avoid unnecessary confusion for our Pro partners — polarity is handled internally by the device and does not require user adjustment.
When the clips are attached to the masks, the microcurrent flows between them through the skin tissue. While the instantaneous direction of current may alternate within the waveform, the overall stimulation effect remains consistent. It does not matter which clip is placed on the top or bottom mask — the cells between the electrodes receive the same balanced stimulation.
This biphasic delivery ensures:
Even cellular stimulation
Enhanced product penetration
Support for sustained ATP production
By managing polarity internally, we provide a simplified, foolproof setup while maintaining optimal physiological effectiveness.
